3.1 Residential Clearance
Our residential clearance service ensures that your home is cleared efficiently and respectfully, whether you are downsizing, moving, or dealing with a loved one's estate.
3.2 Commercial Clearance
We provide clearance services for offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties, ensuring minimal disruption to your business.
4. Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, clients must provide accurate information regarding the clearance requirements. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we strive to accommodate the Client's preferred dates.
5. Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay for services rendered as per the agreed-upon price. Payment plans may be available upon request. All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in the contract.
5.1 Pricing
Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees. The final price will be confirmed before commencing the clearance.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. All transactions are securely processed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that access to the property is granted on the scheduled date and time. It is the Client's responsibility to specify any items that require special handling or disposal.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee as outlined in the contract.
8. Liability
Greenwich House Clearance strives to handle all items with care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to goods prior to clearance. Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
9. Insurance
We carry adequate insurance cover for the duration of our services. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any high-value items requiring special attention.
10. Data Protection
Client information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We ensure that all personal data is securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent.
11. Environmental Responsibility
Greenwich House Clearance is committed to environmentally friendly practices. We aim to recycle and donate items whenever possible, minimizing waste sent to landfills.
12. Dispute Resolution

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Greenwich House Clearance regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. Assignment
Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Greenwich House Clearance.
20. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

We welcome and encourage constructive feedback. Clients can provide feedback without fear of it being used against them in any contractual disputes.
